About Us

Ocean Works Developments mission is to develop ocean-based infrastructure assets. Founded in 2004, Ocean Works Development (a fictitious business name for Euphlotea, LLC), is a California, member owned and managed, limited liability company.

OWDs O-Plex™ project will get San Diegos new international airport off the ground. OWD has shaped its plans so that, while fully addressing the aviation requirements of the County far into the future, extraction of clean renewable energy, fresh water generation, mariculture and other environmentally sustainable activities may be included at the projects ocean-based facility.
